I have a site that was running DNN 5.5.1 and I had DDR menu 2.0 installed on it.  I upgraded to DNN 6.0 and DDR menu 1.99.5 did not install because a higher version was already there.  Everything seems to work fine still but I am wondering if I should consider unstalling DDR Menu 2.0 and install 1.99.5?  Will DNN 6.x include DDR 2.x?

DNN6 was released with DDR 1.99.5 as a result of their build cycles being out of sync a little. Future versions of dnn should include the 2.0 version - and there are a number of comment on the forums suggesting that in fact everyone should really upgrade to 2.0.  There were a couple of breaking issues fixed in 2.0.

So there is definitely no reason why you should revert back to 1.99.5 - in fact in some cases it has been suggested you should RE-RUN your 2.0 install after upgrading to dnn600 just to make sure that no 1.99,5 elements slippeed thru by accident.

Just to clarify, if your site is working then you don't need to upgrade your DDRMenu - anything that was fixed after 1.99.05 is going to be obvious if it affects you. Having said that, it won't do any harm to update it either!
