There is a roadmap of sorts located at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Products/De....
But it is a little vague in what it displays - its more a wishlist of features.

http://support.dotnetnuke.com on the other hand is the site used by the core to track bugs and new features - its a bit terse but does give a good overview of the state of play of the dnn core.

As for release timelines - dnn has stated that they are currently on a 2month dot point release cycle - so we currently have 6.00 just released so the next dot point release 6.1.0 would normally be expected in 2 months - though it has be indicated elsewhere on the forums that we are likely to see a 6.0.1 release in the next couple of weeks to clean up some know issues.

DotNetNuke Corp. has stated to release a new minor version (6.0, 6.1, 6.2) twice a year, with a couple of point releases (6.0.1, 6.0.2) about every two months in between. This affects the core framework, upgrade schedule of bundled modules is less strict, as those extensions are maintained by volunteer teams.
