I am  new to DNN and I have noticed that DNN project default theme comes with lot of design bugs. Like images missing, buttons / menu conflicting with other stuff in background. I even can see design bugs on this forum like - if I select "Basic Text Box" as I am writing this forum post. The radio buttons goes out of the page.

Is  there any stable theme or any solution for these problems if I want to use DNN for my website ?

The dnn system is controlled by a skinning system - you are free to create any skin layout or design you so choose.
There are literally thousands of different skins available at places like www.snowcovered.com.

btw: make sure to be in IE9 mode, when viewing this site or default skin in IE9.

What about IE 7 AND IE 8 (Majority of users still use IE 8) and other browsers liks mozilla and chrome. Is default theme compatible with other browsers or specifically designed for IE 9?

default skin works great in FF, Chrome, IE 7, 8 and 9 as far as I can see - haven't tried with Opera or Safari yet.
