In the list of resx files, you should see one for each view in the module. The ones you edited in EventSettings.ascx.resx are for the settings screen. If you want to change them for the Detail view, you will need to edit EventDetail.ascx.resx.

Hi,

I ran across this thread and thought I would just ask here. I wanted to change "Custom Field 1" to "Website" everywhere it is displayed in the events module. I edited the admin/langauges/... in the following Events module sections:

EditEvents.ascx
EventSettings.ascx
SharedResources

That was all of the of the sections that I could find that listed "Custom Field 1"

In the Edit view I see the correct label and the help text is correct. But, in the "details" and "list" views "[event:customfield1label]" stills displays as "Custom Field 1"

Of course, I can just hardcode the text "Website" into the template -- but any idea as to why I'm still seeing the "Custom Field 1" label? Am I missing a langauge section that I should edit?
