can you please provide more details e.g. banner setup [the exact table records would be great as that type of error is usually a data binding issue so we need the data to recreate], original version , as you can see in the comments of http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?ID=17463&PROJID=2 , one of our developers tried from 4.9.4 (as a previous report said it only affected "very old sites")

I'm getting: DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: Property accessor 'ImageFileUrl' on object 'DotNetNuke.Services.Vendors.BannerInfo' threw the following exception:'Value cannot be null. Parameter name: file' ---> System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Property accessor 'ImageFileUrl' on object 'DotNetNuke.Services.Vendors.BannerInfo' threw the following exception:'Value cannot be null. Parameter name: file' ---> etc.

On a 06.01.05 (142) installation.
Any idea what this could be, and how I can resolve this?

afraid not - looking at the Gemini archive it says that the imagefileurl issue was fixed in 6.1.2 http://supportarchive.dotnetnuke.com/... - we don't have any other references to a similar bug. I'd suggest testing an upgrade to a more recent version (e.g. 7.2.1) to see if that resolves it - if it does not then you could log an issue at support.dnnsoftware.com (please add a lot of detail)
