I was having the same problem with a page and was starting to try and use the SQL commands listed earlier but I decided it would be quicker just to reproduce the page and modules as I have done in the past when presented with the same error. However before I started on the new page I "exported" the modules and I discovered when I tried to access the module settings again, they were working!

I am clueless as to why this worked but it worked so I am happy!

This "Error: 'SelectedDate' should be between 'MinDate' and 'MaxDate'" problem can also be caused by use of the (now defunct) Gumbosoft AJAX Content Rotator module. If this module is set to rotate a module X that occurs on the same page, then trying to edit the settings for the module X can exhibit this problem -- even though all the StartDate and EndDate values are NULL. The work-around for the problem is to put Module X on some other (hidden) page and reference it from there.

To correct my previous post, moving Module X to another page does NOT solve the problem. But temporarily not referencing Module X in the AJAX Content Rotator module allows you to change the settings for Module X. Then you can add it back to the rotator.
