Suhail - is this an alias for ObjectX or have you accidentally posted on this thread. BTW that error simply means that you can't connect to your database, make sure you're using the correct credentials (username/password or windows user) and that that user has access to the database and the server accepts remote connections

thats the actual sqldataprovider file -it's the .log.resources files that contain any errors i.e. if they're empty there was no error, if they contain text it can help identify the problem. Please post any text you find in them

Hi, I ahve also same problem Installing (Database - Version 06.00.00...FAILURE ERROR) and log files are empty. I thought file permissions may cause this porblem and checked them but it seems ok. Is there any other specific user/objet that has to be granted for the file? Or any other solution?
