Hi,

We are having an issue with the setup of our load balanced DNN environment. We are using a Brocade load balancer and two Web servers. The Brocade LB is configured to run SSL and it connects to the Web servers through port 1080.  Users are able to get to the Web servers through the LB, however all of the links on the DNN site on our Web servers have port 1080 in them. When a user clicks them, the links fail because there is no port 1080 on the load balancer. We need to someone have DNN turn off the port number in the links on the site. We have looked for a setting to do this but couldn't find anything. We also tried updating the portal aliases to remove the 1080 in the links, but this doesn't work. We urgently need to get this working, so any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

We're having the same issue with a different load balancer? Did you figure out how to solve it?

In the DNN database there is a PortalAlias table. Look at the HTTPAlias column and see if it is showing the port number. If so, remove just the port number leaving just the URL Alias. You may need to restart the IIS and SQL services to make the change take effect.
