I am having a problem with restricted forums, which I must have, not allowing people to Post a Reply if they are not allowed to start a new thread. I need users to start a new one in some forums, however ONLY reply to a moderator in others. I saw a post at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/F... that talked about known issues. Any idea on a fix? or should I downgrade to get this working? For me this is a showstopper for using DNN to do this very thing.

I hyped up DNN for this group so I hope there is an easy fix for this. Thank you for anyone that can help.

That issue was for forum 4.5.3, what forum version are you using? I just went through this with someone within the past 2 weeks to setup in 5.0.2 (which is identical, for the most part, to 5.0.3 and 5.0.4 too).

I have DNN 5.6 and DNN Forums 4.5.3. What is the latest version I can download to work with DNN 5.6.x and .NET 3.5?

Core Framework Versions: 5.6.0, 5.6.1 or 5.6.2 should use forum 5.0.1. 5.6.3 should use forum 5.0.2 and 6+ should use forum 5.0.3 or 5.0.4.
