Solved it!  Finally!  The script errors and 404 on the handlers put me on the path

My web.config <handlers> section was this

<add name="ScriptResource" path="ScriptResource.axd" verb="GET,HEAD" type="System.Web.Handlers.ScriptResourceHandler, System.Web.Extensions, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31BF3856AD364E35" modules="ManagedPipelineHandler" scriptProcessor="" resourceType="Unspecified" requireAccess="Script" allowPathInfo="false" preCondition="integratedMode" responseBufferLimit="4194304" />
<add name="Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource" verb="*" path="Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource.axd" type="Telerik.Web.UI.WebResource, Telerik.Web.UI" preCondition="integratedMode" />
<add name="Telerik.Web.UI.ChartHttpHandler" verb="*" path="ChartImage.axd" type="Telerik.Web.UI.ChartHttpHandler, Telerik.Web.UI, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=121fae78165ba3d4" />

But needed to be updated to this:

Copied these over from a clean DNN 6.02 install and everything works, no console errors.  So something in the upgrade didn't get these setup correctly I guess.

Just tried this and it didn't work. all I get is the MOVE>  to show up. This really sucks.

Thanks a ton - that helped for a Telerik control missing an entry for a sub-namespace!
