In DNN 6.0 when you login it opens a pop-up window with the login form. Is it possible to adjust the size of this window? You can manually adjust the size once its open, but can I set it to a certain HxW in JS or C# code?

That depends a lot on how you are calling the login popup.  If you setup a custom login button then you can call the popup with any size you would like.


The popup is created by a javascript call to dnnModal.show();
the last two parameters of the function call determine the SIZE of the popup window:

I'm not using a custom login in button. Could you direct me to what page contains the login link so that I can adjust the height and width of the box. I've to find it but I can't?

It is not located on any page - the size is currently coded into the Login skin object - you need to create a custom skin object to change this currently.

Once 6.0.1 is out and we know what dnn is doing with the default skin objects I may consider releasing my custom skin objects that support parameters to control popup size etc.

Paul,

The size of the popup login window is coded into the skin object. You can change it in the file: Admin\Skins\Login.ascx.cs.

Have a look at the OnLoad event, almost at the very bottom, it's hard coded to 300 x 650.
