I want to translate all our pages/modules to French - but I want to publish all my changes at one time.  I got the language pack installed and working fine.  On a page, in the Module Settings - HTML Module Settings, I change the Workflow from Direct Publish to Content Staging.  Then I changed the 'Apply Workflow To' to Site.  Clicked Update.  Now when I change a module to French, a normal user can't see it because I haven't published it - which is what I want.  BUT - when I go to Admin - Languages, there's and icon under the Publish column, when I click that is says 'All translated pages in French language have been translated.'  Has anyone gotten this to work?
I think I have a work around though - once I have translated all the pages in the content staging area, I can change the workflow back to Direct Publish for the entire site, then it will update all the pages I think.
A co-worker thinks I should be able to use the Publish feature without putting the page in the content staging area.
