Using DNN 5.1

I have a piece of java script that isn't working correctly in DNN although I can get it to work in a simple HTML page

<!-- Start Rightnetworks.com Login -->
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.rightnetworks.com/js/login...>
<script type="text/javascript">rightnetworks_forma();</script>
<!-- End -->

This script displays a login form - username field, display screen size select and check box to upload/download files.
When I enter a username, the username field is cleared and the login page is not displayed.

Any help getting this to work is appreciated.

Thanks.

Part of the solution I've come up w/ is to use an IFrame and have an HTML page  that presents the form.
That works, however submitting the form should bring up a Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) pop-up that enables you to click and get the login screen for RDC.

The problem is I'm not getting the RDC pop-up.
I'd like to have the "Rightnewworkds forma() open outside of the IFrame, but can't figure out how to do that.

Does anyone have an idea on how to get this to work?
