Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for the reply. Neither synchronizing the files or restarting the app fixed the problem. Comparing the file structure on the server with my local file structure, I noticed that on the server under Portals/0/Users there is an 001 and an 002. Where as on the local I only have 001. Could that be part of the problem? This site is also throwing an error when sending email via feedback module, stating that: "the SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated."  Funny thing is that the mail does get sent but an exception is thrown.

I wonder if this could be a related permissions glitch.

Thanks

Rich

It turns out it was the folder case problem Will Strohl wrote about here: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Blogs/EntryId/3021/No-Folders-in-DotNetNuke-RadEditor-Image-Manager.aspx This was a clean install of 5.6.3 The odd thing is that the problem did not occur until I moved the site to production server. Email problem was unrelated and due to a wrong password. Thanks for you replies.
