It is also likely that your computer is infected with a virus that emails various Logins & Passwds to the hackers. Test your computer by running
www.Malwarebytes.org software and
www.SuperAntiSpyware.com software, then test again with
www.avast.com anti-virus software free edition.
Sometimes to do a thorough scan, you might need to pull the C-Drive out and insert it into another computer as a D-Drive... where hidden things then become unhidden.
