Good Day for Every one. a few weeks the website that I have with DotNetNuke is delayed more than 1 minute to load, the current configuration's performance was with a heavy cache, which I have currently disabled, but check the server status initial query are too heavy.the main idea I have is that the sql server is taking too long to respond because it is not problem ram memory configuration .. I attached the image so that I can collaboratealso server loads

Problem could be that it is NOT caching. I've seen this with some Menu module providers where they do not properly pull pages from cache and so it will make hundreds or thousands of calls to the vw_Tabs view to get all the data.

Are you using any third party Navigation modules?

How many pages are in this installation? Unlikely but it could be a corrupt index.
