Hi all

I've tried to search in my site in firefox, chrome and safari using the "Enter Button" and it worked out, but when i've tried to use the "Enter" in IE, it didn't take me to the search result page, it's only refresh the current page until i click the "go" button by mouse!!!
I tried to know the source of that problem and i discovered that the menu is the reason, since the current tab is active to be clickable by the enter, that why it's refreshing the current page, when i deleted the menu, the search module worked out by the "Enter" !!!!!

What may the problem is in the menu???!!!! i tried to find out through the .xsl of the menu but i couldn't find anything possible to be the reason !!!

Can anybody help me please??

Regards

HI Alaa

The best place to get support would be with the people at dnncovered.  You should also let them know the version numbers of your dnn install, the menu itself and what version of IE causes the issue.

I have a copy of this menu and found the support to be quite good.

Hello

it's worked out finally......!!!
the fault is not from the Menu !! it's just a bug in IE !!!!
i have to put this statement in the .ascx file of the search module :

<input type="text" style="display: none;" disabled="disabled" size="1" />

this hides  an additional disabled input for IE to find
