I'm running 5.6.3, and can't find the admin control to update the 'USER REGISTRATION' copy. I log in, go through admin to languages, and have searched through all the 'static resource' links looking for the message to alter. Can't find it. Suggestions?

check the default file (GlobalResources.resx) for EMAIL_USER_REGIS.... items

Thanks for the followup, yet I can't find it.
I'm not looking to modify the email message, but the site content, i.e:
User Registration
*Note: Membership to this portal is Public. Once your account information has been submitted, you will be immediately granted access to the portal environment. All fields marked with a red arrow are required. - (Note: - Registration may take several seconds. Once you click the Register button please wait until the system responds.)

A good trick to find the correct file and key:

-Log in as host
-Go to where you see the message
-In the module actions menu, click on view source
-Then select Resource File in the dropdown
- Do a search for a part of the text and note the
-Then you can go to the language settings and find the file and key you need to change.
