We want our website to be in Dutch and English.
Therefor we enabled localization (DNN 5.6.3).
I'm now adding new modules to the Dutch version of the website. Their Module Culture is 'Neutral' by default. However, these new modules are Dutch.
How can I  change the culture from Neutral do Dutch?!

did you enable content localization in host settings and subsequently activated it for the current site? Be aware, that this cannot be reverted, make a database backup first.

Yes, we did both.
And there are HTML-modules in the website that have Culture Dutch. And for these modules there is an English equivalent.
However, if I add new modules, their culture is Neutral and I don't know how to change that into Dutch.

what is page culture - should be portal default culture. you should be able to set page to be "ready for translation" to generate modules for translation - sorry for this very special workflow.
