I have been getting an Internal Server Error and contacted my host.  They said that the application pool stops on its own and they need to restart it.  This happens EVERYDAY.  I ask why it keeps stopping and they say its an error in the site coding.  Has anyone else had this problem and if so how can I fix it?  Im running DNN 6.1

Update.  They told me that the site is using a lot of memory and causing an overload therefore causing the APP Pool to crash.  What can I check to make this stop?

The core install of dnn is somewhat resource intensive as most complex applications are.

You may have a misbehaving module or (most likely) a host provider starving your app pool to gain more sites on their server.

Ask you host how much memory is being allocated to your app pool; maybe it’s time for a new host.
