DNN 6.01
Wiki 4.5
Fresh install of DNN,  default skin, installed wiki with the core DNN install.   The only other module installed is Smith Cart.

If log in using the admin or host account in Internet Explorer 8, I am able to go in and edit any wiki page but the bottom Save|Save Coninute| Cancel | Delete task bar is missing.   I have access to it in chrome and Firefox on the same computer and wiki article.   The problem exists on all the other computers I have access to.

Any ideas?
