Will,

I managed to resolve my issue (apparently for now anyway). The Stored Procedure that populates the Extensions screen is called GetPackagesByType which references the Packages table. Looking there I found the reference I needed to eliminate which removed the Package from my Extensions screen. I'm going to skim through the other package tables to see if the reference exists anywhere else. If I am unable to add a package with the same name back to my project, I'll most likely touch base again.

Thanks for your assistance on this and have a great day.

Jeff

Sorry that I wasn't able to get back to you quickly again.  But it's good to hear that you probably dissected and fixed the issue.  Awesome!  :)
