I am totally new to DotNetNuke, so I am still trying to grasp the overall management.  I mostly need to know how to modify the menus on my site.  I assume there is a way to manage these from the admin.  I'm using version 6.0.

I have the following menus: top menu, main menu, login menu, bottom menu.  I just need to know how to 1) remove a menu entirely and 2) how to add items to menus, other than the main menu.

I wouldn't bother anyone here if I could just find  a good beginners guide or resource, but I've been searching for hours now.  I don't even see any books that look particularly helpful.   Any help is much appreciated.

Wow, really nothing.  This isn't really hard is it?  I've managed both Joomla and Magento sites, and editing menus was quite straight forward in those CMS.  How can it be so hard to mange the menus in DNN?  Am I just missing something super obvious?!
