Sebastian i tried the above but (for me) it still strips scripts. In my case i use HTML module for Adsense scripts.

in this case, the change has been made in HTMLeditor control - affecting any htmleditor provider and module using the control. I tried to identify the change in the trunk, but haven't had enough time yet.

I have verified that the issues I encountered have been resolved in version 6.1.1

yep, it was has been one of the issues forcing DNN 6.1.1 to be released as quick as possible :))
