Hi,
I'm using DNN 6.0. I have one problem and one question
Problem: I'm trying to display multiple languages using HTML skin template I'm using the below piece of code to achieve that

object id="dnnLanguage" codetype="dotnetnuke/server" codebase="LANGUAGE" /
param name="ShowMenu" value="false" /
param name="ShowLinks" value="true" /
param name="ItemTemplate" value="<a href=[URL] class='Language' title= [CULTURE:NATIVENAME] [CULTURE:NATIVENAME]"/
param name="CommonHeaderTemplate" value="<div style='width:200px' >"
/object

Note: Since I had problems in copy - pasting the above code, I removed "<" and ">" .

My DNN site has two languages enabled - English and Spanish. The above code displays only the selected language. For example: if the site language is English, US flag is displayed and Español (México) is not displayed. The above code when rendered in ascx, [CULTURE:NATIVENAME] changes to [CULTURE] and thus the problem. I tried several variations and nothing worked. When I directly modify the ascx file to have [CULTURE:NATIVENAME], it works as I expect. Can any of you help me to resolve this problem

Question: When the above code is perfectly working through the ascx part, I see the selected culture is displayed with its country flag. Is there a way to get the text displayed instead of the flag?

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks
Ananth

AFAIK this is a known bug of the language skin object, which might get fixed in a future version. I suggest using APOLLO language Selector as a workaround (http://mllanguageselector.codeplex.com/)

Thanks Sebastian.

Would I be able to display the selected culture as a text as against country icon?
