Ok, Joe from DNNCreative figured it out. The pages that would not show were redirecting to HTTPS. When SSL was turned off in my site settings the pages started working.

That was actually my first thought. I however refrained from that idea, since you also mentioned that the Dashboard-page díd work, before disabling SSL in site settings. The Dashboard-page also uses SSL by default..

For the record,  I too had exactly the same problem in DNN 6.2.3 when I migrated it over from my secure server to my local cpu and running it as localhost to do some work....

Thanks to this post, I was able to fix the issue...

I simply went to Admin>Site Settings>Advanced Tab>
Click the SSL Settings and unchecked the SSL Enabled check box and then hit update.

Now keep in mind you will need to set all this back when migrating back to the secure server.
