I have three sites using DNN 5.6.3 and one of the three sites has a problem with the Telerik Editor. The problem is that while using Firefox, the drop down controls that change the font and font size no not make any changes. The only difference in the sites is that the site with the problem was upgraded from DNN3 in about 4 steps through the years, and the working sites were new installs. Any ideas? I have manually installed the module from the upgrade package without success.

check the web.config and make sure you're using the expected provider in the htmlEditor defaultProvider section (there has been 2 telerik editor providers)
