I am using the workflow process built into the DNN 6 Community HTML Module. If I got through my site and edit a bunch of HTML Modules on various pages, is there a way for me to view a list of all HTML modules/Pages that have been edited and are waiting to be published? Otherwise, how in the world would I pass this off to another user for review and let them know what needs to be reviewed for publishing?

the CE version only supports direct publish/staged, so there is no full workflow i.e. it is 1 state or the other (the PE version supports multiple stages of workflow and AFAIR supports sending user messages as it moves through the stages). However in either case you can use the WorkflowStateController to interrogate the state of the html element and determine what workflow state it is in.

I ended up using the Effority HTML Workflow Module. Unfortunately, there is still no way for the "official" publisher to know all the pages that need to be reviewed. I will inform my client that they will have to upgrade to the Pro version if they want the "notification" process.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Thanks. I will let my user know their options. I used the Effority HTML Workflow module to get around the deficiency in the Workflow for the standard HTML module.

you may create a report based on the database, e.g. by using SGSV from www.tressleworks.ca - it might be a much cheaper solution ;)
