DNN 5.6.2 Localization.vb GetPageLocale(ByVal portalSettings As PortalSettings) method is causing an exception when reading this "portalSettings" variable.

Somehow, "portalSetitngs" variable is passed here as NOTHING value, and I'm unable to find where is this coming from. Can anyone help me understand why and when GetPageLocale() method be passed with portalsettings as NULL value? And how can I resolve it,

Thnx for the reply. The issue was due to corrupt web.config file of mine :) ... somehow DNN's URLReWrite module wasn't being called and PortalSettings were never getting stored in HTTP Context Items list.
