How can I use DNN6 with LDAP. Now I already download and setup Active Directory Module from http://dnnauthad.codeplex.com and try to configuration it follow this website http://vuau.wordpress.com/2010/11/15/active-directory-in-dotnetnuke.

But it stll got an error ALL FAIL (Accesing Global Catalog, Checking Root Domain, Accessing LDAP)
The parameter that I set is following:

Enabled : Check
Hide Login COntrol: Uncheck
Synchronize Role : Uncheck
Do Not Automatical.... : Uncheck

Provider = ADSIAUthhenticationProvider
Authentication Type = Delegation
Root Domain: DC=mydomain
User Name: username
Password: **********
Confirm Password: **********
Email Domain @mydomain.com
Default Domain: Keep Blank
Auto Login IP Address: Keep Blank

Do you have any idea to suggest me?

You're actually not connecting via LDAP but rather ADSI based on what you have above.

Your root domain should be something like dc=mydomain, dc=com. If you look at the project's codeplex page I've recently uploaded the 05.00.02 user's guide there. It's behind the current version but the majority of the documentation is valid. The only thing missing is documentation for the new features added to 05.00.03 and setting up the provider to work with the IIS 7.x integrated pipeline.
