You see more and more onepage skins that have some sort of css or ajax effect to move to or show the next section. I took a few of these and converted them over to DotNetNuke

about 90% is automated with inline code and some of it relies heavily on internal scripting but i am working on some sort of a framework that creates the basic setup for this and you would only need to style the skins and containers yourself but all the rest is done
