I have a DNN site at http://www.bukitlawang.com/, it works fine, but I get about 10 spam users signing up per week , they are fairly easy to spot when they've signed up, but I'm just wondering how to stop them signing up in the first place, without stopping real people signing up?

Some website use typing verification code to distinguish human being signing up and machinery signing up.

And how can you enable the captcha or email verification with DNN?

To enable captcha at registration, go to Admin > User Accounts > User Settings > User Account Settings tab and set Use CAPTCHA for Registration to True. For email verification at registration, go to Admin > Site Settings > Advanced Settings tab > Security Settings and set User Registration to Verified.
