When I was setting up my site I noticed that there is provision in the site settings for a payment provider as well as adding fee prices to certain membership roles.

I have activated the payment provider in the Site Settings tab and added all my fees to the various membership roles I want protected.  I sort of expected the site to redirect any user who was trying to access pages or modules to a purchase page. 

Is this the correct assumption or do I need to do more set up the purchase page redirect?

I do not seem to see a Services tab on the profile page though.  Where would I enable that?
