We have just to read the title of this thread, it is a release candidate. Usage is supported though there might happen new releases in the next weeks to reflect your reports and issues.

PA of new module versions are included, source code versions need to be downloaded from projects' download pages, when available.

Will there be a place where we can download all modules sources at once for either 3.3 or 4.3?

FYI: The Core Team keeps some statistics by encouraging end users to use the project downloads area.

I don't see any use of this as long as there are multiple distribution channels, that cannot be counted just by addition (project page download + dnn 3.3/4.3 download (source + install, but not upgrade) without all duplicates, ...
