Dear All,

I am using the Document Exchange (DMX) module by Bring2Mind.net on a client's site and the client asked me the following:

1.     Would it be possible to create a registration form so we can invite our users and they could fill it in?For example the email should say:

SubSubject: Invitation to Project [●] VDR

Dear Mr [●]

You have been invited by HARRIS KYRIAKIDES LLC to register for access to Project [●] VDR.

To register, click on: [●]

This link is valid for your individual email address only and cannot be used to invite any additional users. This invitation expires on: [●]

Please do not reply to this message. Replies to this message are routed to an unmonitored mailbox.

If you have questions, please contact your Project [●] VDR Administrator at [●].

Now my question is this:
I contacted Bring2Mind and they informed me that this can be done my a 3rd party module (it cannot be done within the DMX module). I know I can use form and list module to create the registration form and all the info will be sent to a specific email address. However, I am not sure if there is a module that will send an email to a specific address, and the link will be valid only for the individual email address and cannot be used to invite any additional users.

Any idea on how we can implement this?

Thanks

I think you could handle this with a combination of the Dynamic Forms module and Dynamic Registration module from DataSprings. Basically the form stores information to the database and e-mails the person, then registration validates the information they provided and updates the database.

I would recommend checking out http://www.datasprings.com and/or getting in contact with them directly.

Thanks Mitchel,

I was reviewing the discussion about DNN hosting (I personally use 3Essentials) and my conclusion is that the best DNN hosting so far are:
-PowerDNN
-3Essentials
-DNN4less (Have you used this one at all?)

I currently have 25 DNN sites so I believe it is time to have my own dedicated server. Which one out of the 3 states above would you recommend?

Because my clients are based in Cyprus (Europe), I would prefer if I can find a data center that is in Europe

Thanks
