which version did you upgrade from, did you perform an app pool restart?

6.1.2 to 6.1.3
Yes did everything. Website is still down. I think the Core Links module is causing the problem. I tried to remove that the messed up the website even more. Also (because I have a shitty luck) my backup database is corrupt so I am stuck and can do nothing but try to fix the website. Any help for cash would be appreciated.

did you remove links module dll from bin or desktopmodules/links folder? Have you tried accessing Evntlog Table in the database for details on the error?
