We are using DNN212 on PROD site. I am trying to assign different security roles to a module (view permission). I have already assigned 62 roles, but still have 54 roles that need to be assigned to this module. I cannot assign these 54 roles to the module although I didn’t get any errors.  My question is if there is any limitation for security roles for one module on DNN212?  I appreciate any reply.

it is a known limitation that all role names asigned to a user are stored in a cookie, which size is limited to 4k. Either limit the number of roles to assign or abbreviate role names.

FYI this limit has been removed in 6.2.0 as we've refactored the roles code to support an unlimited amount of roles.
