I am evaluating DNN for use as a CMS in my company. I recently I've been writing small mobile sites using jQuery Mobile and Microsoft WebPages using Razor syntax.

I noticed all DNN pages render as WebForm pages and have the stand <form> tags. It is quite important that I be able to use standard HTML <form> tags of my own with the jQuery Mobile framework. This works quite well with Razor syntax. But, from my understanding, there can only be one <form> tag on a WebForm page. ASP.NET MVC is a great platform for jQuery Mobile, as it generates exact HTML and not cluttered with WebForm HTML.

Is there a DNN module or add on, that can strip out unwanted HTML tags? I've checked out mobiNuke, but it seems oriented to adding needed viewport meta tags to the head section.

As I see it, DDN is great for regular desktop sites where WebForms overhead is not an issue. But I am concerned how DNN will play with jQuery Mobile.

I've found a lot of Google hits on DNN and mobile, but so many hits on DNN and jQuery Mobile.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

Microsoft webforms require the web site to render inside a form tag, the only option you have is using an iframe to display your own form inside.
