I upgraded my site to DNN 6.1.3 to fix issues now I have a big one and it even happens when I do a fresh install. 

Basically I can upload files to the server using the image manager I can see them in the admin/file manager but if they are not in the root then I can not see them in the image manager to add them to a page. 

SO basically something has screwed up with sub folders in the image manager. it is not refreshing or displaying files. 
No errors. No other issues so Far just this. 

I have checked permissions and they are fine I have even checked the files are ok by uploading or moving them to portal root and then I can see them and use them but this will make a mess of file structures.

Hi thanks for the reply,

I have done that and it is not working.

I can see it in the file manager fine it is just the image manager when adding images to content.

I have tried an sql query as well to update the folder list. It shows the folders again but no files in sub directories only in the root.

Hi Sebastian,

I am using the RadeditorProvider for DNN 6. It says version 6.1.3 in the provider menu.
I have never had this issue with previous versions of DNN so do not know what is going on.
