Having some real problems figuring out some z-index issues with 6x.

 Cay ANYONE please shed some light on this issue with IE 7-8?

Link below shows all z-index css elements and  the appearance of the tool-tips in IE 7-8...

FYI - switched to DarkNight DNN Skin - the z-index is still not resolved...

In order to make sure this issue had nothing to do with the particular DNN portal that is having the tooltip problem - I just downloaded and installed a fresh instance of DNN 6.1.3.

As you can see in this screenshot - in IE 8 - the tooltips appear in the background.
