My login does not seem to exist anymore for snowcovered since the upgrade. I sent a email a week ago to the email provided on that site with no response. What other course of action do I have?

Some kind of answers here or to my trouble ticket would be nice. Since, you know, I'd like to get access to the modules & updates I PAID you for.
