Hi,

Here our scenario,

User can able to login from active directory. Then, can create a ticket (with specified fields) and submit to their manager (manager can be select from the list). Then the manager login, they can see their tickets in their inbox. They can approve or reject the tickets. If the manager approved, it goes to one PT-team (i.e. role). They can submit and send to another one main team. This team can approve or reject. This main team can reject to manager or PT-team. If approved, it goes to PT-team again. PT-team can attach some docs and submit to user (who created this ticket). User can see this ticket in their inbox and close the ticket.

Can we develop this workflow application in DotNetNuke?

Thank you,

Sharafudeen
