Hi,

I have refeenced a couple of social networking images inside my skin as follows:

<a href="#" id="sn"><img src="~/Portals/0/sae-sn-fb.gif" border="0" /></a>

<a href="#" id="sn"><img src="~/Portals/0/sae-sn-twitter.gif" border="0" /></a>

Unofortunately, neither image is rendered.  I've referenced a stylesheet as

<link rel="stylesheet" href="template.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />

However, the stylesheet isn't being applied to the page referencing my skin.  How do I remedy these issues?

Thanks,

Sid

Use this to reference the images:

<a href="#" id="sn"><img src="<%=SkinPath%>/sae-sn-fb.gif" border="0" /></a>

DNN uses some default style sheets.

The most common one is skin.css which get's loaded automatically if it exists.

So rename the style sheet to skin.css and restart DNN (Host > Settings) and you should be fine.

If you want to separate some CSS use an @import in Skin.css

Hi Timo,
Thanks for the SkinPath reference. Since my images are in a subfolder of my skin package, do I need to include /images/ prior to the image filename?
Thanks,
Sid
