you need to add new domain address as portal alias and make sure, not to use old one as default for canonical or redirect.
To setup your web site on IIS 7/7.5/8, create a new website with dedicated or shared application pool, add binding(s) for your domain alias(es), grant permission for anonymous and ASP.Net user (specified in application pool). you need to make sure, all mimetypes are mapped.
Easiest option IMHO is using Microsoft Web Platform Installer (download from www.microsoft.com/web): install a new dotnetnuke application and subsequently overwrite all files with your IIS 6 version - but carefully merge web.config.

Hmm i will try out your solution.... But sir actually my problem is that i have created my website using DNN6 Community edition on IIS 6 and the DNN Sql database on our server 1 for development....

Now the website is done and i tried to migrate the Files and the SQL database to our server 2 running on IIS 7.5 but i failed... I did adjust the connection strings. But still failed....It displays Under Construction

I tried another migration from our server 1 i migrated it to server 3 running IIS6 made the same procedure as i did in server 2 and it worked fine....

Will inform you soon if i was able to succeed

you need to make sure, the new domain address has been added to the PortalAlias table - either via UI in Admin > Site Settings prior to the move or directly in the database afterwards.
