What is the logic for allowing me to select a page to redirect to after a user submits the form?  I added a confirmation page but it will not show up in the list under "Redirect to page" in settings.  What could I be doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. It is a known issue (http://dnnfeedback.codeplex.com/worki...) that hidden pages are excluded from the redirection page drop-down. When I had added this feature to the Feedback module several versions ago I had incorrectly set the fourth parameter of the GetPortalTabs method used in the settings control to false thinking that this parameter meant "exclude hidden tabs". Instead it means "include hidden tabs" and should have been set to true.

As simple change to make that Roger can likely make in the next version. The above referenced issue does provide a work around but not a great one.
