Hi All

Fairly new at DNN module development and wondering if someone could give me some advise or point me in the right direction.

I have a splash page on a 6.01.02 DNN site where the customer would like to have a checkbox so that if their user has been there before and checked a box that it is bypasses the splash page the next time.  Still learning ASP.NET as well so the C# classes that I should use would be very helpful.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards

Ian

OK, a little more research and the answer was pretty simple.

Turned out it's quite easy to set a cookie and it's values and read in on the page load event. If the value is correct it's just a matter of using Response.Redirect to the desired url.

For those interested details are here

Simple but would this be the recommended approach?
Ian
