I have a couple of dumb questions that I can't find answers to in the manual or searching the forums:

1.  Templates - I would like to create some templates for the end user to use to create their pages.  Everything in the manual talks about exporting them for use in another website and then tells you how to import a template.  If I want to use it on this website is there a shortcut or do I have to export and then import?

2.  Transparency - Is there a way to make the large white "container" that holds all the modules transparent so the page background shows through?  How about transparency for the module that I will add to it to put the content?

3.  Page Linking - Is it possible to show the same page at multiple places on the menu?  Just don't see how to do that.  That is if we have a page for scholarship information we might want to be able to get to it from multiple places.

4.  Bottom Menu - Is it possible to have the bottom menu show different things than the top menu?

Thanks for your help.

1) you could "copy" instead of export/import

2) Yes, though that depends on the skin you are using, typically you would modify the CSS of the container.

3) To duplicate a page on the menu you actually need to create new pages, but instead of them being regular pages, use the LINK options in the page settings to point to the original page.

4) Yes, but this would usually be controlled by your skin pointing to a different "level" in the menu structure. You could also use a module with links for your bottom navigation.

Chris, thank for the info but I am still a little confused. On the first item I didn't actually do it but when I look at the options it looks like it is going to create a page that will actually exist in the website..... Oh wait you aren't giving me instructions on how to create a template are you. Are youtelling me how to have the end use create their additional pages? How does a template really work? Is it like a MS Word template where you create a new page that is based on the template and you get all the content, layout etc? I was trying to keep it as simple as possible for this client. Do you have a preference from a user point of view? There seem to be a lot of opitons on the copy method which I could see them screwing up.... :O)

As for number two I will try to find the css for this. I was using morpheus skinlab for the skins so not sure I can configure that....

Thanks
