I suspect you may have two modules with the same name in your database. Back up your DB/site & remove one of the entries.

See
www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Forums/forumid/-1/postid/328438/scope/posts.aspx
for a similar issue.

Hi John,

Thank you for the response.

I have checked the link http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Forums/forumid/-1/postid/328438/scope/posts.aspx but I do not see any duplicate records in the table ModuleDefinitions.

The above thread was created about 2.5 years ago and I believe there are lots of updates done in DNN 6.X version afterwards.

The host settings was working well with 5.6.7 version. It is creating issue for 6.x onwards.

Must appreciate for any suggestion.

Regards
Ketan

Ketan,

Look in the site's ModuleControls table (not ModuleDefinitions) for any rows having a null ModuleDefID and the same ControlKey. I suspect that the duplicate ControlKey may be "CONTROLPANEL:RIBBONBAR".

Thanks Bill for the prompt response.

I do not see any duplicate controlkey for "CONTROLPANEL:RIBBONBAR" in the ModuleControls table.

Ketan.
