 I'm seeing multiple "Page Load Exception" errors every day (~ 10 to 20), that are coming from the user agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MJ12bot/v1.4.2; http://www.majestic12.co.uk/bot.php?+)

Any idea what's going on (i.e. is this an attack of some kind, or just a benign bot trying to analyze the site)?

Here are the details of one of those events (less the PortalName). Help!
