I think I have it running - not to knowledgeable in IIS.
Does anyone have a better copy of all IIS settings for this provider?
Also I have noticed that if you log out then refresh screen it doesn't work anymore? Is there some setting in dnn that will help this?

Okay integrated. Did you run the two dos commands that are in the release notes that are required for it to work under the Integrated pipeline?

There's a cookie that's created by IIS so if you logout of the site it won't automatically log you in until that cookie expires (between a 1/2 hour to an hour). You can force this by deleting your cookies and clearing your cache.

I updated the documentation on the codeplex site last night if you want to take a look at it.

No I did not run the dos commands. It does seem to work - but its like when it wants to? Maybe this cookie and dos command will help? And I will defiantly check out your new documentation. Thank you mike!!

I have a couple more questions:

1) Does version 5.00.03 work correctly in Firefox 11? I cannot seen to get it to work unless I type my windows credentials inside popup? I just noticed version 5.00.04 was now a release, has this been tested in Firefox 11?
2) The commands to run version 5.00.03 in integrated mode:
%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd unlock config /section:anonymousAuthentication
%windir%\system32\inetsrv\appcmd unlock config /section:windowsAuthentication
If modifying the applicationHost.config file from (brackets omitted):
sectionGroup name="authentication"
section name="anonymousAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
section name="basicAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
section name="clientCertificateMappingAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
section name="digestAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
section name="iisClientCertificateMappingAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
section name="windowsAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
sectionGroup

to: sectionGroup name="authentication"
section name="anonymousAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Allow"
section name="basicAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
section name="clientCertificateMappingAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
section name="digestAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
section name="iisClientCertificateMappingAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Deny"
section name="windowsAuthentication" overrideModeDefault="Allow"
sectionGroup

Is this doing the same thing as the commands are doing??
